Experiments performed

A Intraperitoneal glucose tolerance test (IPGTT) phenotypic assay was performed on 1595 mice. The charts show the results of measuring Fasted blood glucose concentration in 7 female, 8 male mutants compared to 798 female, 782 male controls. The mutants are for the Vti1atm1.1(KOMP)Vlcg allele.
