LacZ Expression Data
IMPC alleles may optionally be used to assess bacterial beta-galactosidase (lacZ) activity to determine tissue-specific gene expression in embryos and/or adults.
Image lacZ data can be found:
- in the Gene pages, section “Associated images”
- as a text file in the FTP site, the directory “results” features a dedicated lacZ expression report
Images are available to view in our image comparator, where you can see images for wildtype and mutant mice side by side.
