IMPC Virtual Workshops Return with “Sharing Approaches to Model Cardiovascular and Metabolic Disease”

A new IMPC Virtual Workshop ‘Sharing Approaches to Model Cardiovascular and Metabolic Disease’, organized by IMPC Cardiovascular and Metabolic working group, will be held on the 7th of November 2024.

The workshop brings together experts in cardiovascular and metabolic disease to for collaborative discussion of the current state of research and how to navigate future challenges. Invited speakers will present on topics ranging from deep phenotyping of the cardiovascular system, factors influencing energy expenditure, consortium efforts for investigating congenital heart disease, and resources for large scale assessment of metabolic phenotypes across mouse models.

This event is for anyone who is interested in the use of animal models to interrogate human metabolic and cardiovascular disease and will bring together international audience of researchers from the IMPC community including basic, translational, and clinical scientists.
