Phenotype pages

The phenotype page is composed of three sections:

  • Significant gene associations, available for download as a tab tabulated or Excel file
  • Information on how the phenotype was measured, with a link to the description of the procedure (experiment) that was conducted to gather the data
Top section of the phenotype page, in this particular case displaying results for the Mammalian Phenotype Ontology term “abnormal fasting circulating glucose level”.

Manhattan plot

This is an alternative view of the significant gene associations table. The results will be grouped by chromosome in the X-axis and the Y-axis will represent the significance of each association. Those associations that were made manually by a subject expert are going to appear in a different color and will have assigned the value of 1×10-30. Clicking on a point will show the association details on the right with a link to the corresponding gene page.
