How do I search for IMPC data?

You can search for either a gene or a phenotype to find significant associations made by the IMPC in the centrally located search box on the IMPC Homepage or the search bar on all child pages.

Type in a gene symbol or MGI ID to find gene-related data. You can also select the phenotype tab and type in a phenotype of interest to find associated genes and download the relevant data.
